He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Alice (Bruce) and Henry Archie Bozarth; his daughter Janet Bozarth; and his sisters, Haroldena West, Arline Gray, Harriet Bozarth, Audry Booth and Helen Bozarth.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Bozarth (Dilling); his brother Harlan Bozarth of Summerfield, FL; his grandchildren, Samantha Ussary, Tristan Ussary and Zachary Ussary; and his son-in-law Matt Ussary-Manhattan.
