She is survived by: her children, Raymond Rodney James and Henrietta Marshall French; her wife Karen; her children, Tom Brosius (Karen) of Manhattan, KS and Ann Leach; her granddaughters, Andra Schroeder of Manhattan, KS and LeAnn Brosius of Manhattan, KS; her great grandchild Ethan Schroeder; and also Doug.
In 2004, after Bert was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, they move to Manhattan, KS to live with their son, Tom and his wife Karen.
