He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Justin and Leota Mae Wells (Pascal); his wife Denise Ann Dixon; his father-in-law Lyle Dixon; and his nephew Brian Hood.
He is survived by: his children, Samantha Nott (Eric) of Shawnee, KS and Sean Wells (Christina) of Margaretville, NY; his sister Barb; his grandchildren, Brayden Wells and Dixon Nott; his mother-in-law Carol Dixon; and his sisters-in-law, Madelyn Short (Terry) and Cheri Vines (Billie). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Manhattan Optimist Club or USD 378 Riley County Athletics.
