He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin E. Ukena and Lona Mae Ukena (Axelton); and his brother Steven Ukena. He is survived by: his significant other Catherine "Cathy" Mary (Eckart); his children, Brandy Ukena-Bush (Steve) of Manhattan, KS, Heather Gilbert (Matt) of Wamego, KS, Erik Ukena (Cristy) of St. George, KS, Carol Brooks of Manhattan, KS and Jennifer Ukena of Manhattan, KS.; his grandchildren, Craig, Haley, Madison, Sebastian, Thomas, Cody and Cade; and his great grandchildren, Kyler, Roland, Emry and Treyton. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
