He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Kohls and Ethel Kohls (Haase); his wife Gail Marie Korinek; his son David Kohls; and his brother Arlan Kohls.
He is survived by: his daughters, Liane Fowler (DA) and Lori Kohls; his daughter-in-law Diana Kohls; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Fowler (Miranda), Justin Fowler, Amber Stewart (Spencer), Tyson Kohls (Crystal) and Tamara Patterson (Adam). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Elara Hospice or the Kohls Family Scholarship at Butler Community College.
