He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna M. Lewis (Marshall) and Glen D. Lewis; his brother Max; his stepfather Ulric Mohler; and his stepbrothers, Floyd, George and LeRoy Mohler.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn J. Lewis (Myers); his children, Kylia of Manhattan and Glenn; and his granddaughter Avalee Jean of Kansas City.
