We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2019, Elsie May Place (Manhattan, Kansas), born in Lamont, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Livingston and Golda Livingston; her husband Kenneth Place; and her siblings, Margaret Davis, June Marrone, Roy Livingston, Gary Livingston and David Livingston.

She is survived by: her daughters, Judy (John Ortiz) of Manhattan, KS and Kathy (George Matrai) of Reading, Kansas; her stepson Raymond (Jennifer Wiggins) of Montgomery, TX; and her brothers, Dale of Colorado and DeWayne Livingston of Colorado. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
