She was predeceased by: her former husband Richard Douglas Smith. She is survived by: her spouse B. Laurie Collins; her former husband Doyle W. Morton; her stepdaughter Richelle Cooper (Blake); her grandchildren, Emily Cooper (Scott Komula) and Drew Cooper (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Bella, Davis and Cash Cooper.
