She was predeceased by: her sons, Steven Lee, Stanley Craig and Stuart Patrick; and her grandson Andrew Worthington Bark. She is survived by: her spouse Melvin Lee Worthington of Perry Kansas; her sons, Steven Bark of Leawood, Stanley Bark, Crans, Switzerland, Stuart Bark and Dallas; and also Melvin. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
