He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Rice and Viola Rice (Carter); and his siblings, Robert and Jane Rice of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Rice (Smith); and his son Tim Rice (Brenda).
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (2901 Dickens Ave, Manhattan, KS 66502).
