She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth Polenz (Hiezer) and Clarence Polenz; her husband Leonard W. Lavis; and her children, Keith Lavis, Craig (Linda) of Bella Vista, AR, Catherine C. Lavis, Debra M. Lavis, Patricia R. Sanderson and Linda Louise Gorman (Carl) of Manhattan, KS.. She was also cherished by six children, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in her honor to Manhattan Catholic Schools.
