It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra K. Marfield (Manhattan, Kansas), who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Debra is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Debra's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Krienitz and Janice R. Krienitz (Lund). She is survived by: her husband Walter L. Marfield; her sons, Wesley Marfield of Kansas City, MO and Travis Marfield (Amanda) of Wamego, KS; her grandchildren, Clayton Marfield and Madyson Marfield of Wamego, KS.; and her sister Marcia Finn of Manhattan, KS..
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home (1616 Poyntz Ave, Manhattan, KS 66502). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Christian Church (3001 Grand Mere Pkwy, Manhattan, KS 66503).
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church in Manhattan, or the Good Shepherd Homecare and Hospice House Inc.
