We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2022, at the age of 86, Darrell D. Brensing of Manhattan, Kansas, born in Great Bend, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jakie F. Brensing and Hulda H. Brensing of Hudson, Kansas.; his brother Myron Brensing; and his grandson Tyler White. He is survived by: his wife Pat of Manhattan; his children, Doug Brensing (Roxanne) of Lenexa, Kansas and Kelly Brensing White (Tim) of Manhattan; his grandchildren, Helane Downey (Ben) of Mission, KS, Brandon Brensing (Tess) of Olathe, KS, Tricia Holliday (Jeremy) of St. George, Jamey White of Manhattan and Daniel Bennison (Laura) of Leawood, KS; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Emma Downey, Hudson Brensing, Dean, Jeremiah and Addy Holliday; his grandchildren, Brooke and Ann Bennison; and his sister-in-law Bev Vance. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church pre-school or the Meadowlark Foundation.
