Penland (Neal); and his siblings, Nicholas Penland of Rapid City, SD, Gregory Penland (Anne) of Rapid City, Janice Hinman (Paul) of Manhattan and Nancy Moss (Mike) of Manhattan. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to Rolling Meadows Golf Course, Stagg Hill Golf Course or the Cancer Research Fund at Kansas State University.
