He was predeceased by: his parent Donald D.. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Simon; his siblings, Donna P. Luttjohann of Topeka, KS, Theresa Straub of Wakefield and Tom Simon of Topeka; his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Luttjohann, Lacey Wehrly, Caitlin Luttjohann, Sarah Straub, Andrea Simon, Patrick Simon, Daniel Straub and Jason Simon; and his significant others, Cynthia Smith and Ruby. He is also survived by step-daughter and four step-granddaughters.
