She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul R. Nelson and Barbara J. Nelson (Haskin); her husband John Walter Fulkerson (Kan); her son Alex Fulkerson (Courtney); and her siblings, Daniel Nelson (Columbia), John Nelson (Costa Rica), Andrew Nelson (Eugene), Ore and Jeanne Kennedy. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, there will be no memorial service.
