He is survived by: his children, Clayton Burgess and Tanisha Burgess (LaResa Burgess) of Kansas City; his sister Anita Hugh (Andre) of Ambridge; and his grandchildren, Paris Burgess, Josalynn Burgess, Isreali Burgess, Jayden Hinds and Jason Frazier.
