It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Arlene Vasseur of Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Mailen and Mary Francis Mailen (Smith); and her sisters, Shirley Kimball and Janice Mailen. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Vasseur of Manhattan, KS.; and her siblings, Edward Mailen of Fort Worth, TX. and Mary Jane Patterson of Denver, CO. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
