He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Webber and Selma Webber (Hampton); and his son William "Clay". He is survived by: his wife Sandra; and his children, Shannon Buthman (Jeff) of Arvada, CO and Jimmy Webber (Lisa) of Manhattan. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and other family members.
