He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lloyd Fleeker and Ruth Elaine Olmsted Fleeker; and his siblings, Tom Fleeker and Billie Louise Steavenson. He is survived by: his wife Judy Picolet; and his children, Randal Fleeker (Kari) of Manhattan, Christopher Fleeker of Manhattan, Charles and Frances Comer of Olathe, KS. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
