She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Fortner and Lillian Fortner of Manhattan; her sister Patricia; her son Juan; and her nephew Juan "John" Besa (Lacy) of St. George.
She is survived by: her husband Rudy Besa; her sister Sarah "Sally"; her niece Brenda Emory of Manhattan; her nephew Greg Besa; her grandchildren, Justin, Miranda, Tamara, Jesse, Mitchell, Shelby, Matthew, Mellissa, Melony, Sydney, Allison and Gwendolyn; and her great grandchildren, Dustin, Brandon, Michael, Dallas, Lexi, Damian, Breighton, Hazel, Mason, Traci and Emma.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Riley County Seniors' Service Center in Manhattan.
