We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2023, at the age of 84, Carolyn Bailey of Manhattan, Kansas, born in Salina, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Carl and Opal Fern Burkman (Miller); her husband Russell Bailey; her siblings, Bill Burkman and Diana Bergman; her brother-in-law Ken Hanson; and her stepgrandchild Bailey Jean Coggins.
She is survived by: her former spouse Orland L. Rosell; her children, Orland L. Rosell, Jr. (Pam) of Great Falls, Edward L. Rosell (Karla) of Wamego, Debra Engler of Topeka and Amy Reifsteck (Bill) of Powell, Ohio; her stepsons, Justin Bailey (Jolene) of Pennsylvania, Troy Bailey (Kim) of Manhattan and Travis Bailey (Lori) of Pennsylvania; her siblings, Jim Burkman (Linda) of Tennessee and Bonnie Hanson of Salina; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Burgman of Salem, Missouri and Verna Burkman of Salem, Missouri. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials have been established for the Manhattan Church of Christ and American Cancer Society.
