He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Wayne and Ina Johnson Adair; and his sister Mary Ann Adair Snowden. He is survived by: his wife Alta Lou Shakespear; his children, Morgan, Carolee (Weber), Sherilyn (Metzger), Erin (Cox) and Joel; and his sisters, Phyllis Vaterlaus and Lela Johnson. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
