Sparks Sr. and Francine Sparks (Tate); his children, Roy Sparks of Farmerville, LA, Dirk Sparks of Manhattan and Jolene Gibbs of St. George; and his brother Thomas Lee Sparks. He was also cherished by his nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
