McPhail (Manhattan, Kansas), born in Council Grove, Kansas, who passed away on August 31, 2019, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Borkert and Alta Borkert (Brockelman); and her siblings, Berniece Fulton, Bernitta Williams, Floyd, Herman and Ollie.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Glenn McPhail. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
