She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Duvaul and Inez B. Duvaul (Jester); her husband Wayne; and her siblings, Bernice Loftin and Glen Duvaul.
She is survived by: her children, Delbert "Wayne" Penrod, Jr. of Herington, Jeanette Wranosky of Belle Plaine, Carey Penrod (Dawn) of Council Grove and Shawn Penrod of Hope. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews.
Memorial contributions in Betty's name may be directed to the Hope American Legion Auxiliary or the Hope Community Library.
