Bee Erickson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2021, at the age of 101, Bee Erickson of Manhattan, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Calahan Wesley and Hazel Ophelia McGinnis (Myers); her spouse Glen "Joe" Erickson; her son-in-law Larry Nelson; her granddaughter Ashley Nelson; and her siblings, Nancy McGinnis, Melba McGinnis, Leon McGinnis and Gene McGinnis.

She is survived by: her children, Glen M. Erickson (Peggy) of Wichita and Patty Nelson (Rick Jensen) of Manhattan; her sister Mickey Burklund of Overland Park; her grandchildren, Heather Nelson (Ross Olsen), Garrett Nelson (Harlee Thompson), Chris Erickson (Katie), Sean Erickson and Ali Kossen (Dusty); and her great grandchildren, Whit Kossen, Kannan Thompson, Vivian Erickson and Adam Erickson.

Memorials may be made to the Olsburg Lutheran Church or the Good Shepherd Hospice House and left in care of the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home.
