With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annette Kay Harlan of Manhattan, Kansas, born in Concordia, Kansas, who passed away on November 11, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Nelson and Evelyn Nelson (Wheeler); and her brother John T. Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Rebecca Butler (Scott) and Bill Harlan (Lori); and her granddaughter Bridget Harlan.

A memorial fund is established to the Trinity Lutheran Church or the 4-H Foundation.
