It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anne S. Neilsen (Manhattan, Kansas), who passed away on September 21, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Anne S. Neilsen to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Slattery and Marie Slattery of Weeping Water, Nebraska.; and her sister Noreen Slattery. She is survived by: her husband Monty E. Nielsen of Manhattan; her son Monty Philip of Brooklyn, NY; her grandchildren, Alexandria and Anthony; her daughter Noreen of Washington, D. C.; and her siblings, Suzanne Stander, Patricia Dorwart, James Slattery of Nebraska and Joseph Slattery of Nebraska. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, in-laws, and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to either the KC Blind All-Stars, or the Lions Sight Foundation.
