We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2018, at the age of 84, Andrew L. Bowser (Manhattan, Kansas), born in Holton, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Bowser and Margaret Bowser (Shirley Bowser). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Jean Higgins; his daughter Catherine "Cathy" Marie Cowger (Eric) of Kansas City; his brother Allen Bowser (Sherry) of Holton; his grandsons, Christopher "Chris" Cowger (Judy) of Liberty, Phillip "Mike" Cowger (Megan) of Parkville and Ian Cowger of Gladstone, MO; his great grandchildren, Madison, Claire, Avery and Charlotte Cowger; and his stepgrandsons, Christopher Hale and Gerad Hale.
