He is survived by: his wife Marilyn of Manhattan; his children, Kirby Shineman (Anne) of Canon City, CO and Kelly Shulze (Doug Delsemme) of Kansas City, MO; his grandsons, Justin Boyd of Kansas City and Michael Boyd (Whitnee Poppa) of Kansas City; and his sisters, Sharon Bollinger of Lakewood, CO and Susann Ellinger of Wichita, KS..
