He is survived by: his son Blake Andrews of Maize; his siblings, James Andrews (Aiden) of Westport, CT, Scott Andrews (Stephanie) of Des Moines, IA and Laura DeBacker (Paul) of Mountain View, CA; and his sister-in-law Cathy Andrews of Dallas, TX.
