He is survived by: his mother Laura Mae Reves (Fenton) of Carbondale, KS; his wife Cindy Oltman; his siblings, Don Reves (Gloria) of Duncan, NE and Denise Barr (Jack) of Carbondale, KS; and his brother-in-law Joe Greene of Carbondale, KS. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
