He is survived by: his wife Oba Donnelly of Maize; his children, Sherri Donnelly-Austin (Robert) of Kingman, Teresa Shackleford (Bill) of Maize and Ron Donnelly (Donna Jacobs) of Madison, MS; and his sisters, Rose Collins of Wichita, Neva Gates of Maize, Loretta Eatons of Rotonda, FL and Connie Edwards of Texas.
In his memory, and in lieu of flowers, his family requests donations be made to the City of Maize for the Mayor Donnelly Park Memorial.
