She is survived by: her children, Alesia Countryman (Brian) of Emporia, Alfonso Requena (Jennifer) of Nowata, OK, Theodore Requena (Janelle) of Towanda, Santana Requena (Shannon) of El Dorado, Julian Requena of El Dorado and Gregorio Requena of El Dorado. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
