He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Owen and Ruth Owen (Stringer); and his wife Emma Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Gary Owen (Sharon), Doug Owen (RoJean), Steve Owen and Kathy Storm (Roger); and his grandchildren, Staci Jones, Kristina Haahr, Shan Owen, Michael Owen, Kami Berry, Tina Owen Powell and Jeff Storm. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Rosalia United Method Church at PO Box 34, Rosalia KS 67132 in Keith's name.
