She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Verl James Mahin and Clela Inez Huffman Mahin; her grandfather Huffmans; her husband Dudley Emmons; her children, Cynthia Wood (Glen) of Haviland and Darin Emmons of Wichita; her granddaughters, Megan Schroeder (Luke) of Haviland and Mindy Burr (Jeremy) of Kinsley; her great grandchildren, Avery, Tucker, Jace, Jaden, Ashlyn and Brecklyn; and her sister Ernestine Fuller (Dudley Emmons).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Grace United Methodist Church of Macksville, Kansas, or, the Macksville City Library, Macksville, Kansas and left in care of Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home, 528 North Main Street, Hutchinson, Kansas, in charge of arrangements.
