He is survived by: his sons, William "Billy" A. Lee of Hutchinson, KS, James D. Lee of Macksville, KS and Devin W. McMurphy of Macksville, KS; his siblings, Kenneth Lee of El Dorado, KS, Jessica Lee of Safford, AZ and Sonnie Jo Wilds of Glendale, AZ; and his mother Wanita Lee Wilds of Glendale, AZ..

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to the "Lee Family Fund" at Equity Bank, Macksville. Contributions to this fund may also be mailed in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O. Box 34, St. John, KS 67576.
