He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Thompson and Leila (Reese); his daughters, Susan Myers and Kathryn Kimbrough; his wife Peggy Thompson; and his children, Patricia Goodwin (Patrick) of Brighton, CO., Tom Thompson (Deborah) of Ulysses, KS., Gary Thompson (Tammy) of Hudson, KS., Denise Diehl (Dickie) of Halstead, KS., Donna Culver (Bill) of Garden City, KS. and Anita Scott of Macksville, KS.. He was also cherished by 22 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren, and 10 great, great-grandchildren.
