He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillard (Hazel Curtis) and Hobson (Cora Welch); and his brothers, James Curtis, Bill Welch, Walter Griggs and Osker Welch.
He is survived by: his wife Pam; and his children, Joey Curtis (Bev), James Curtis (Jonita) and Jessica Grigoreva (Petr). He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren and 5 Great grandchildren.
