He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Dean and Fraukalena Thompson (Kruger); and his siblings, Donald Thompson and Evelyn Shimmin. He is survived by: his wife Pauline June Ring; his daughters, Deborah Maseberg (Gregg) of Macksville, KS and Ilene Withers (Marvin) of Loveland, CO; and his brother Orville Dean Thompson of Sutherland, NE. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; 1 Great Grandchild.
