He was predeceased by: his parents, Almon S. "Sonny" and Virginia M. Livingston Neel; his former wife Marilyn Neel of California; and his sister Dixie Lee Neel. He is survived by: his former wife Jo Hodges of California; his wife Roberta "Bobbie" Robinson Stakeman; his children, Dixie Lee Moore (Bryant) of Clovis, CA, Dale Lindsay Neel (Kelly) of Ojai, CA and Sherry Lynn Baker (Michael) of Clovis, CA; his stepson Steven Stakeman of Alpharetta, GA; and his sister Connie Sue Solms of Auberry, CA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Goodfellows of Rice County in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
