He was predeceased by: his parents, John Korinek and Dorothy Buckley Korinek; his sons, Gerard Korinek and Jason Lee Korinek; and his sister Gail Kohls.
He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Camarena; his daughters, Leanne Hollinger (Bryan) of Lyons and Kristi McKenzie (Adam) of Hutchinson, KS; his sisters, Carol Fox (Sharon) of El Dorado, KS and Linda Austin (Jim) of El Dorado, KS; his brother-in-law Everett Kohls of Manhattan, KS; and his grandchildren, Aubrey Hall (Josh), Bailey Hollinger and Holly McKenzie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to Lonely Instruments for Needy Kids program or Basic Cancer Research at Kansas State University in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
