He is survived by: his mother Ada Marie Baxter (Briscoe) of Lyons, KS; his children, Jayson Baxter (Ashley) of Lyons, KS, Deanna Mosier (Matt) of McPherson, KS, Misty Savage of Sterling, KS and Jessie Stapleton (Josh) of Dodge City, KS; his half-brother Brian Griffitt of Lyons, KS; and his grandchildren, Baylie of Taylor Jo, Jhordan, Jhaidyn, Teyton, Abel, Zaylee, Emma and Raegan.

Memorials may be given to the First Baptist Church or the Liars Fishing Club in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
