He is survived by: his mother Janie Martinez Werner of Lyons; his grandparents, Raul and Francisca Martinez of Chase; his daughter Belladonna L. Werner of Lyons; his brothers, C. J. Werner (Marcella Arce Werner) of Lyons and Lucas Werner of Lyons; and his nieces and nephews, Mia Arce, Isabella Arce, Jada Werner and Xavier Werner.

Memorials may be given to Fresenius Kidney Care, Great Bend in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
