He is survived by: his parents, Silverio, Sr. Rodriguez and Oralia Rodriguez (Ortega); his son Ethan Rios of El Paso, TX; his brother Donny Ortega Rider (Alicia) of San Antonio, TX; his niece Samantha Rider; his nephew Randy Rider; and his great-nephew Zayden Rider.
