He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Tobias and Elma Tobias. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Adrienne (Damon Schmadeke) of Viera, Florida, Adam (Laura) of Tipp City, Ohio and Aaron (Kimberly) of Clearwater, Kansas; his grandchildren, Lana, Danica, Derek Schmadeke, Mia Tobias, Morgan and Caleb Tobias; and his siblings, Susie (Drew Adamson) and Curtis (Susan).

Memorials may be given to the Lyons USD 405 Education Endowment for the E.A. Tobias Family Fellowship in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
