He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard William Douglass Sr. and Mildred Eunice Douglass (Winchester); his sister Patricia Eunice Brinkman; and his grandson David Russel Douglass. He is survived by: his wife Treva Jane (Wolfe); his son Russel William Douglass (Veronica); his grandson Daniel Russel Douglass of Lyons; his son Herbie John Douglass of Great Bend, Kansas.; his grandson Nichalas Hixson of Parsons, Kansas.; his son Bradley Richard Douglass of Hutchinson, Kansas.; and his brother Jerry Douglass (Lois).
Memorials may be given to the Assembly of God Church, Lyons in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
