She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Carlton and Betty Carlton (DeFord); and her niece Katelyn Duell. She is survived by: her children, Nathan Cordell (Kathleen) of Overland Park, KS and Jennifer Altwegg (Bryan) of Riley, KS; her grandchildren, Annalise, Conrad and Marilynn; and her siblings, Cindy Duell (Randy) of Andale, KS, Terry Carlton (Bev) of Leawood, KS and Kenny Carlton (Connie) of Little River, KS. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to The Little River Community Fund or Meadowlark Hospice in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
