We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Michael John Townsend of Lyons, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur J. Townsend and Elfea Schattak Townsend. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Townsend (Julie), Debra Diel (Ron), Kenneta Zwick (Craig), Kendra Liska (David), Jayna Morgan (Joe), Jill Erickson (Scott) and Judy Otto (Jeff); and his sisters, Carolyn Rutherford (Bill) and Madolyn Shields (Bill). He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Kansas Honor Flight in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
